Emmy Awards 2021 full winners list: ‘The Crown’ and  ‘Ted Lasso' bagg the major awards

After a virtual ceremony, last year due to the devastating pandemic, this year’s 73rd Primetime Emmy Awards went back to its roots bringing people to attend the event with all protection in place. It also contained all attendees being needed to show proof of vaccination. The event was hosted by Cedric the Entertainer. The Crown, which had numerous nominations, won in all major drama categories. Olivia Colman won Best Actress and Josh O'Connor won Best Actor for the series.

Apart from that, Ted Lasso earned Best Comedy Series and also bagged the first two awards in comedy for supporting actors Hannah Waddingham and Brett Goldstein.

1. The Outstanding Drama Series was won by 'The Crown'.

8. The Outstanding Actress in Comedy was given to Jean Smart for 'Hacks'.

9. The Outstanding Actress in Drama was won by Olivia Colman for 'The Crown'.
