On Tuesday around 7 pm, police registered a case against a 49 year old businessman on charge of rash driving after his high end car entered the convoy of maharashtra cm Uddhav Thackeray.
After a meeting, CM Uddhav Thackeray was going for another event when the businessman car breached the cm convoy by mistake, the police incharge said.
The businessman had no idea about cm movement but he was driving the car in a negligent way .
A case was registered against the man under the Indian penal code section 279 of ipc ( rash driving).
