Here's why immediate arrest is called against the 38 celebrities including Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan, Rakul Preet Singh, Farhan Akhtar, Ajay Devgn

Revealing the name of the victim in a gang rape has got the celebrities into trouble. In 2019, the horrible incident of gang rape in Delhi left everyone in shock. Where the entire nation was asking for justice, some celebrities revealed the name of the victim and now they are suffering because of it. 

According to the report, a case has been registered against 38 celebrities from Bollywood and Tollywood. The list of the names includes Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan, Rakul Preet Singh, Farhan Akhtar, Anupam Kher, Maharaja Ravi Teja and many more. 

The case has been filed by a Delhi based lawyer, Gaurav Gulati under section 228 in Sabzi Mandi Police Station. He also filed a petition in court. 

The lawyer in the complaint quoted that rather than setting examples for others, Indian celebrities forgot their moral ethics and revealed the name of the victim without any social responsibility. According to the law, it is unethical to use the real name of the victims in media or any public platform. 

Gulati has ordered an immediate arrest of the celebrities by his name.
