On the occasion of Muharram holiday and Rakshabandhan, the Akshay Kumar starrer Bell Bottom was able to make up for a decent first week at the box office despite restrictions and less number of shows, bringing Rs 19.40 crore. The action-thriller faced the Emraan Hashmi and Amitabh Bachchan starrer Chehre which was released in 800 screens and dropped on second Friday with Rs 90 lakhs but recovered well on second Saturday with Rs 1.35 crore and on second Sunday with Rs 1.85 crore. Due to the Janmasthmi holiday in few parts of India, Bell Bottom did well on second Monday with Rs 1.05 crore. On Tuesday, there was a drop with Rs 65 lakhs which was a normal day after a holiday followed by a solid Wednesday collection with Rs 60 lakhs.

As per early estimates, Bell Bottom continued to generate in low numbers, minting somewhere between Rs 40 lakhs- Rs 45 lakhs, bringing the the two week collections to Rs 7.39 crore and overall collections to Rs 26.60-26.80 crore (extended first week as Bell Bottom released on Thursday). The budget of Bell Bottom is around Rs 60 crore (Production Cost - Rs 50 , Promotion - Rs 10 crore)
