"In television I really like Jennifer Winget. I am not saying this because I’ve worked with her. I am saying this because she’s genuinely a great actress. She congratulated me after I bagged the show. She told me that 'I had told you that one day you will get what you deserve'. I was very happy. There is still a bond between us and I still call her Appi only. She considers me as a kid and her little one. We have that love between us. She is my favourite actress on TV. I take inspiration from her," said the actress.

Aanchal revealed Jennifer's reaction on seeing her promo, "Even my other co-stars congratulated me after seeing the promo of the show. Jennifer was very happy for me. She congratulated me and wrote, “Congratulations little one I am so happy for you.” I really liked that gesture of hers. I have learnt a lot from her. I was very happy," said she.

Talking about her character Diya, Aanchal said, "My character is a happy-go-lucky girl and she is very positive towards life. She looks at life very differently. She doesn’t give up in life whenever there is any problem. She believes in focusing on coming up with a solution rather than getting scared of problems. She always has this dialogue, “Muskurayiye Hausla rakhiye koi na koi Todd toh Nikal he aayega”. And she strongly believes this mantra in life. She feels that till the time there is not a right closure to anything, it is not the end of any story. She believes that if all's not well then it’s not the end."
