After a decent first weekend which included Muharram and Rakshabandhan festival, the Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor and Huma Qureshi starrer Bell Bottom showed some good hold on its first Monday at the box office. Now, the Tuesday numbers are also looking promising with minimal drop.

On the occasion of Muharram holiday, Bell Bottom managed to bring in some positive news to the film-makers, collecting Rs 2.75 crore on Thursday. This is still a fair collection considering the 50% occupancy and no show in Maharasthra. The action drama was steady on the second day as it was a normal working with Rs 2.70 crore. There was a slight growth of 10% on Saturday, bringing Rs 3.10 crore but Sunday turned out to be fruitful for Bell Bottom, thanks to the Rakshabandhan holiday, bring the first weekend collections to Rs 12.90 crore. Bell Bottom did well on its first Monday with a small drop, collecting Rs 1.95 crore.

As per early estimates, there was hardly any drop in collections on first Tuesday minting somewhere between Rs 1.75-1.80 crore, bringing the overall 6 days collections to Rs 16.60-16.65 crore. The budget of Bell Bottom is around Rs 60 crore (Production Cost - Rs 50 , Promotion - Rs 10 crore)
