BTS, also known as Bangtan Sonyeondan is a Korean Pop Band that is currently the biggest Boy Band in the World, BTS dropped their latest single "Permission to Dance" on July 9, 2021. In this song Elton John was given a shoutout.

RM, one of the members of the Band sang the lines, “When it all seems like it’s wrong, just sing along to Elton John,” in the first verse to set the tone of the hopeful song that encourages the listeners to forget about their problems and stand up and dance.

Recently, RM posted a video on twitter dancing to the line and tagged the icon himself. "When it all seems like it’s wrong Just sing along to @eltonofficial 🎤 #PermissionToDance"

And it didn't take long for Elton John to respond with a "Permission to Dance" dance cover of his own!

With a playful spin on the lyrics Elton John wrote, "When it all seems like it’s right, I sing along to @bangtantv #permissiontodance"
