India's first women 'Double Olympic Medalist' and second after Sushil Kumar, PV Sindhu writes a letter to her fans, supporters from all over the world and followers of Tokyo Olympics 2021.

In the heartwarming letter she wrote, "I appreciate all the well wishes and words of support from the bottom of my heart. I carried it all the way through and it means the world to me, just as this medal means everything for me to represent our nation."

"The Tokyo Olympics has been an experience that I will not forget, from preparing for 5 years to stepping in the medal podium- each moment is forever etched with me. It's been a day and I still have no words to describe the feeling of holding an Olympic medal, it's always a dream come true each time," she adds.

It's never just been a solo journey for me to get where I am, I am incredibly thankful to the people in my life who have continuously been with me through it all. Indian star won bronze medal at Tokyo Olympics on Sunday, Aug 1 while playing against China's B.J. He. Earlier she lost a thrilling battle against Tai Tzu-Ying to reach finals of Badminton.

Tai Tzu- Ying reveals an emotional moment after her final loss and how Indian ace PV Sindhu encouraged her after the medal ceremony.

In an Instagram post, Tai wrote, Sindhu hugged her and told her she did very well in the final. She held me in her arms and said she knew it all. That sincere encouragement made me cry,” she added.
