Rumours of Mahesh Babu walking out of Madhu Mantena's Ramayana are baseless, sources say, details inside

The cast of Madhu Mantena's Ramayana is going to be revealed this Diwali!

Ramayana, Madhu Mantena's ambitious project which is helmed by the ace director Nitesh Tiwari and Ravi Udyawar has created a lot of hype amongst the audience in regards to the massiveness and casting of the project. It is collectively funded by Madhu Manten, Allu Aravind and Namit Malhotra.

While the project has gotten a lot of hype it also has a lot of speculations surrounding on Mahesh Babu being approached for the film, and being casted for magnum opus, which is completely baseless. The makers are going to be unveiling the power packed cast on Diwali.

Sources that were close to the project shared that, "The makers of Ramayana are still in the development stage of the project. Therefore, rumours around Mahesh Babu or any other actor even being approached for the project are baseless. The close friendship Madhu Mantena shares with these actors could be leading to all this confusion and media reports."

The source further adds, "The makers have some big names in mind for this massive production and are planning to announce the film with its cast on Diwali this year.”

This update is going to leave the audience eager for Diwali to witness the cinematic surprise the makers have planned for the film. Ramayana is going to be released in early 2022. Alongside Ramayana, Madhu Mantena is also creating a Mahabharata universe with Deepika Padukone from Draupadi's point of view.
