GOT7 Shocked Fans With Announcement And By Releasing His Upcoming Self-Composed Song

After departing from JYP Entertainment the members have been working independently and have been exploring their sound as solo artists.

GOT7 Jinyoung has been continuing his acting career with a successful turn on the K-Drama, The Devil Judge.

On 29th July Jinyoung shocked fans with the announcement that he would be releasing his first solo song titled “Dive” and within the day, the song was available for streaming. 

Dive song is a sentimental love song that features an alternative rock sound and Jinyoung’s sweet vocals. The lyrics of the song are sentimental and express longing, using the “Dive” in the title to represent furthering a relationship.

Another surprising thing is that Jinyoung released a lyric video where he performs the song with a full backing band. His energy is joyous as he moves about the stage. With a wedding venue design, the video gives off romantic, summertime vibes.
