In the series decider of 3 match T20I series between India and Sri Lanka, Indian batting line-up totally collapsed in the first innings. Kuldeep Yadav on number 7 became highest scorer, 23 runs while India scored 81 runs in total losing 8 wickets in 20 overs.
India’s renovated team due to covid hit occurred in the past few days again failed against Sri Lanka’s bowling performance. Newly debuted players, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Devdutt Paddikal and Nitish Rana failed to score runs according to their reputation in IPL.
While senior player, Dhawan and little senior Samson got themselves on duck, which hurted Indian fans more. After losing 5 wickets early India’s lower order batters Bhuvaneshwar Kumar and Kuldeep Yadav stayed strong and scored few runs.
