Sri Lanka to Find Way against Young Indian Brigade; Preview, Playing XI

Preview: In the favourable home conditions Sri Lanka is struggling against some Top IPL players from Indian side in the ongoing T20 Series in Colombo. In the three match series India has already kick started first with the one side victory with the likes of batting order and all round performance from pacers too.

Just like the ODI series Sri Lanka would definitely want second match in their winning side but they have to make a lot of efforts to manage the victory against such young playing XI of India. Whereas India would likely play with the same playing XI to register the series win so that they can give chances to other debutants in the 3^rd and last match.

2^nd T20I will be played on the same R. Premadasa Stadium, Colombo from 8:00 PM IST. Both the teams will equally put efforts to win the match as India wants another series win while Sri Lanka wants to level the scores by 1-1 (India is leading by 1-0).

Team Updates/Probable Changes:

About the changes, Ashen Bandara's struggle in the middle-overs <9 off 19> nullified Charith Asalanka's committed fight in chase, so a replacement could be in order. Sri Lanka could turn to the impressive Bhanuka Rajapaksa, who scored a 56-ball 65 in his team's only win in the ODI series.

BCCI announced Prithvi Shaw and Suryakumar Yadav as injury replacements for the Test squad, but they are expected to finish the T20I assignment in Sri Lanka before flying out to the UK. At the very least, they should be available for Tuesday's game.

Conditions: If the first fixture is anything to go by, change of pace is the currency in Colombo. This time around, there's no rain forecast with mostly cloudy skies expected.
