1st Tuesday Box Office : Karwaan Giving Good Competition To Fanney Khan And Mulk

The musical drama Anil Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Rajkummar Rao starrer Fanney Khan held well while the Irrfan Khan starrer Karwaan and Rishi Kapoor, Tapsee Pannu starrer Mulk are at neck-neck position with each other on Tuesday Box Office

Fanney Khan opened to a disastrous Rs 2.15 crores on its first day. There was hardly any growth on its second day and it just collected Rs 2.50 while the third day collection was Rs 2.6 crores. As per our trade estimates, Fanney Khan could not make much business on its fourth day with just 75 lakhs. However, Fanney Khan held well on its fifth day with 70 lakhs at the box office bringing the total collection to Rs 8.2 crores (final numbers to be updated). The musical drama is made on a budget of Rs 35 crores all inclusive of prints and advertising cost(Production Cost: 25 Crores & Prints & Advertising Cost: 10 Crores).


Karwaan earned Rs 1.5 crores on its first day while the second day collection escalated to Rs 2.75 crores. The business on Sunday further grew to Rs 3.75 crores. The collections on Monday remained stable bringing home Rs 1.15 crores while there was hardly any drop on Tuesday with Rs 1.1 crores and earning overall collection to Rs 10.25 crores (final figures to be updated). Karwaan is made on controlled budget of Rs 18 crores all inclusive of prints and advertising cost

The Rishi Kapoor and Tapsee Pannu starrer has earned Rs 1.45 crores while the business grew on second day with Rs 2.50 crores. The business did escalated on Sunday bringing Rs 3.67 crores while the Monday business was good with Rs 1.15 crores and Tuesday business was better with Rs 1.25 crores bringing the total collections to Rs 10.02 crores (as per trade estimates). The budget of Mulk is Rs 18 Crores all inclusive of prints and advertising cost (Production Cost: 12 Crores, Prints & Advertising Cost: 6 Crores).
