A heartbreaking news has come that Euphoria fame Angus Cloud who played the role of the drug delear Fezco "Fez" O' Neil on HBO series "Euphoria", has passed at the age of 25. Angus's publiclist confirmed that he died On Monday at his family home in Oakland, California. The cause of his death has yet not been given.
His family released a statement, where they said,"It is with the heaviest heart that we had to say goodbye to an increadible human today. As an artist, a friend, a brother and a son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways. Last week he buried his father and intensely struugled with this loss. The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reuinted with his dad, who was his best friend. Angus was open about his mental health and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone in and should not fight this on their own silence. We hope world remembers him for his humour, laughter and love for everyone. We ask for privacy at this time as we are still processig this devastating loss"
His Co-stars and friends griefs for his untimely death
Cloud had never acted before Euphoria, it was his first work onscreen he had no acting experience. Casting scout Eleonore Hendricks had discovered Angus very unexpectedly while he was walking down a street in New York. He earlier thought that is was scam but he eventually made casting director Jenifer Venditti and series creator Sam Levinson and they found him perfect for,"Fezo" role and he was casted alongside Zendaya, Jacob Elordi and Hunter Schafer. He received appreciation from both critics and from the audience nobody believed that it was his first time onscreen.
This news has come as shock for his fans and friends and also for the industry. People are mourning for the loss of young soul. Shows creator Sam Levinson expressed his grief and said," He was too special, to talented and way too young to leave us so soon. He akso struggled, like many of us, with addiction and depression. I hope he knew how many hearts he has touched. I loved him. Rest in peace and God Bless his family".
HBO network also expressed their sadness over his untimely daeth and wrote, " We are incredibly saddened to learn of the passing of Angus Cloud. He was immensely talented and a beloved part of the HBO and Euphoria family. We extented our deepest condolences to his friends and damily during this difficut time".
Many of his co-stars, friends and fans are penning down their heartfelt notes for Angus on social media. All we wish is his young soul is at Rest in Peace and praying that god gives strength to his family and loved ones.
