Tiger Shroff's Real Estate Portfolio Grows with Rs 7.5 Crore Pune Investment

In a strategic move to expand his real estate portfolio, Bollywood sensation Tiger Shroff has recently made headlines with his latest property acquisition in Pune. According to a report by Money Control citing information from real estate database platform Zapkey, the young star has invested a whopping Rs 7.5 crore in a premium property located in the Yoo Pune project, situated in the upscale area of Hadapsar.

The property, spanning an impressive 4248 square feet, showcases Tiger Shroff's penchant for luxurious living. Accompanying this substantial investment was a significant stamp duty payment amounting to Rs 52.5 lakh. The transaction, officially registered on March 5, 2024, marks yet another milestone in Shroff's burgeoning real estate ventures.

However, Tiger Shroff's entrepreneurial acumen doesn't stop at acquisition; he has promptly capitalised on his investment by putting the Pune residence up for lease. In a move indicative of his astute financial planning, the actor is now reaping the benefits of his foresight, with an astounding monthly rental income of Rs 3.5 lakh. This lucrative rental agreement, spanning five years, is poised to yield Shroff a handsome return of over 5 per cent.

This latest addition to his property portfolio complements Tiger Shroff's existing assets, notably his eight-bedroom apartment in the affluent neighbourhood of Khar in Mumbai. With a valuation nearly five times that of his Pune acquisition, valued at a staggering Rs 35 crore, Shroff's investment prowess is evident.

Reflecting on his journey, Tiger Shroff's rise to success is underscored by personal tribulations. In a poignant revelation during a 2019 interview with GQ India, the actor recounted the hardships faced by his family in the aftermath of his father Jackie Shroff's film, 'Boom', failing at the box office in 2003. The subsequent financial strain led to the sale of their twin-bedroom apartment, leaving a lasting impact on young Tiger.

Recalling those challenging times, Shroff candidly shared, "I remember how our furniture and stuff was sold off, one by one. My mother’s artwork, lamps... Things I’d grown up seeing around us started disappearing. Then my bed went. I started to sleep on the floor. It was the worst feeling of my life. I wanted to work at that age but I knew I could do nothing to help."

Driven by a steadfast determination to support his family, Tiger Shroff made a solemn vow to reclaim their lost home. By 2017, his hard work and dedication had borne fruit, enabling him to fulfil his promise. However, despite his earnest intentions, his parents graciously declined the offer, emblematic of their unwavering support and pride in their son's achievements.
