  • half cup semolina

  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Spoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp ajwain and salt to taste.
  • Cover the mixture for fifteen minutes.
  • After fifteen minutes, the mixture is ready for pakoda
