Janhvi Kapoor recently lost her mom and the legendary actress Sridevi, after which the shoot of her film Dhadak went on hold.
We can understand how difficult it is to bear the loss of someone who is very dear to us. And when it is someone who is closest to you in this entire world, then it becomes even more unbearable. The young star Janhvi Kapoor is going through the same grief as she recently lost her mom and the legendary actress Sridevi on February 24, this year. This had also kept her debut film Dhadak’s shoot on hold.
But now the brave girl has resumed her shoot and is back on the sets of the film.
A source had earlier told Mumbai Mirror, “Janhvi and Ishaan Khatter will be shooting in Bandra for the next couple of days where they will film some romantic scenes. In the coming week, the duo will head to Kolkata to begin work on the story post-interval, when the lovers elope. They have completed the shoot of the first half which kicked off last December and was shot across Rajasthan and on a set in Mumbai where parts of the state were recreated.”
And now another team member from the film has decribed Janhvi as, “professional, brave and amazing.” The source told SpotboyE, “It was not easy for Janhvi to even think that she would start facing the camera, memorise the lines and give apt shots so soon after her mother’s death. Full marks to her for giving justice to her assignment so that the producer (Karan Johar) is not hard-pressed.”
The team was surprised when Janhvi volunteered to shoot. The team knows that she has been through the darkest days of her life. And they say that she deserves nothing but praise and applause for believing the age-old saying in the industry: The show must go on.
