During Childhood, Shah Rukh Khan Borrowed Money For Comics

Shah Rukh Khan is one of the best thing that has happened to Bollywood and no one can deny that. The dimpled actor had no godfather in the industry and yet he managed to win hearts, millions of fans, and the title of King of Bollywood. From having no house to owning a huge, lavish mansion Mannat, his rags to riches story is inspiring.

Unlike many stars, SRK did not belong to a wealthy family. He struggled a lot in his life to become one of the top richest actors in the world. Yet, he is so humble and down-to-earth. Maybe that’s why, it has been 25 years in the industry and he is still ruling the hearts.

At the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2016, where he was honoured with the Kids Icon of the Year Award.  At the award function, King Khan said, “When I was a kid, I always wanted to grow up, and now that I am old, I really miss my childhood. I think it’s the best time of our lives, when we are so carefree.”

He also reveals that he borrowed money from his friends to read comics. The superstar states, “I remember borrowing money from friends and relatives to buy my favourite Lotpot comics and it’s so good to see the characters come to life. I was so fond of them. In fact, I like cartoons so much that even after a tiring day at work, I go back home and watch pre-recorded cartoons before going to bed.”

Now he is so rich that he can even run a comic book store. Isn’t it? Shah Rukh Khan is truly a live inspiration for people who want to achieve high goals in life.
