‘You have gain weight’! When we come across these words, it feels like hell! When we feel that we are gaining weight we start searching different ways to lose weight. Losing weight is not easy it requires sheer dedication & proper diet to achieve your goal of weight loss. We often wonder that we eat in small proportions & adapt various techniques then too how come we are gaining weight? But there are some things which you are going wrong. 1) Less sleep:
Many people do adequate amount of workouts & maintain proper diet but still they don’t see results. This is because they don’t get enough sleep. When you lack sleep your body produces more ghrelin (the hormone that makes you wants to eat more) and less leptin (the hormone that tells you you’re full). Having a decent night’s rest also leaves you feeling more energized and less irritable the next morning, which in turn means you are less likely to eat that hamburger to boost your energy.
