A New Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales Trailer Coming?

With the Super Bowl a little over a week away, rumors about commercial trailers are starting up everywhere. And soon enough, fans might get the chance to see a new trailer for Disney‘s Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.

Consumer Protection BC rated a new 80-second teaser trailer for the film (via Trailer Track) for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. The first trailer of the movie, which was really a teaser, featured the new villain of the movie, Javier Bardem and as usual, balanced paranormal creeps with levity and humor. But levity and humor is a staple for the series, so it’s not surprising.

Could it be that in this trailer, we’ll get out first look of Johnny Depp in the movie as the iconic Captain Jack Sparrow? Or maybe Geoffrey Rush as Barbossa? Will we finally come to know what Orlando Bloom‘s Will Turner has been upto since the ending of At World’s End? Or you know, we’ll get to see the new pirate ship called The Dying Gull.

Hopefully, we’ll get these answers during the Big Game and find out a littl more about Captain Sparrow and also find out why Bardem‘s Captain Salazar hates the gun-slinging swash-buckling Captain so much.

Johnny Depp returns to the big screen as the iconic, swashbuckling anti-hero Jack Sparrow in the all-new “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.” The rip-roaring adventure finds down-on-his-luck Captain Jack feeling the winds of ill-fortune blowing strongly his way when deadly ghost sailors, led by the terrifying Captain Salazer (Javier Bardem), escape from the Devil’s Triangle bent on killing every pirate at sea – notably Jack. Jack’s only hope of survival lies in the legendary Trident of Poseidon, but to find it he must forge an uneasy alliance with Carina Smyth (Kaya Scodelario), a brilliant and beautiful astronomer, and Henry (Brenton Thwaites), a headstrong young sailor in the Royal Navy. At the helm of the Dying Gull, his pitifull small and shabby ship, Captain Jack seeks not only to reverse his recent spate of ill fortune, but to save his very life from the most formidable and malicious foe he has never faced.

Are you excited to see the new trailer as much as I am?
